  Here is the schedule for STUDENTS:

NOTE: Judging schedules might change a bit.
8:00 am - 8:45 am Registration. No need to arrive earlier than this!
8:00 am - 8:45 am Project setup.
8:00 am - 9:15 am Safety committee examines projects
9:00 am Judges start examining projects to get a "feel" for the competition
9:20 am First formal round of judging.
11:45 am Students start lunch
12:15 am All judges start lunch.
12:55 pm - 3:00 pm Second round of judging.
3:15 pm Public exhibition of projects.
4:30 pm End of public exhibition; projects removed from gym.
5:00 pm Awards presentation ceremony.
6:10 pm Awards ceremony ends

7:10 am Judges' Registration (in JUDGES' HQ) begins.
7:40 am Judges' Orientation
9:05 am Judges-only project viewing; get schedules
9:20 am - 11:45 pm First round of judging.
11:45 pm - 12:15 pm Break; socialize and browse other projects
12:15 pm - 12:45 pm Hosted lunch; get schedules at 12:45
12:55 pm - 3:00 pm Second round of judging
3:00 pm Project judging ends; deliberations begin
5:00 pm Awards presentation ceremony (optional for judges).
6:10 pm Awards ceremony ends.
